My foreskin won't retract, genuine help please?
Hi there, im 17 and when my penis is erect my foreskin won't retract.
When I'm flacid it can go back no problem. I went to the doctor today and she hadn't heard of this before, but said the result may be circumcision. She's reffering me to a specialist, but I was just wondering, would Topical Steroid Cream help with the aid of stretching?
