Should I get the DLC for my GotY Oblivion too?
Debating getting some DLC for Oblivion. I have GotY- Just interested in new quests/areas/Items for my character. (I know the Horse Armor is pointless)
1- Are there new armor/clothing/weapons types or anything stronger than Madness & Amber Armors?
2- What's in the Orrey?
3- Are the Smuggler's Cove missions part of DLC or GotY (I found it, but I can't find the next step)?
4- Any new monsters?

Hah. Really informative Louie.
1. Depending on your level the Madness and Amber armours get stronger and stronger. There are no new armours that outclass them.
2. The Orrery is the big thing in the Arcane Uni that you help rebuild by gathering the necessary parts. Once complete you can go in there once a week (I think - its depended on the moons) and it will give you a different lesser power each time activated.
3. The Smuggler's Cove is the 1 of 3 free new homes in the expansion. Once cleared out you can go to a redguard in Anvil and hire merchants to stay there. There are pirates who stay there also and will plunder for you. The 2 other homes are the Frostcrag Spire east of Bruma, and the Deepscorn Hollow at the southernmost point of Cyrodiil, south of Leyawin.
4. The only new monesters are the ones in the Shivering Isles themselves. No new ones in Cyrodiil.
